Matt's process as a music director is driven by joy and collaboration. His training as an actor gives him a collaborative toolkit to explore and develop in the room, and also makes him singularly focused on storytelling through song. His experience as a singer and voice teacher/coach allows him to coach & shape a vocal performance with ease, and his work in formal music and orchestral and vocal ensembles gives him a relaxed but authoritative position at the front of any ensemble.
